Description of Services
Ilio is an independent development studio that builds digital products. Our products include GTFO — a geo-triggered focus protocol for Windows, Kyvo — an attention regulation engine, and other tools. All Ilio products are accessible through a single Ilio account.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date.
No Financial Advice
Ilio services are for informational and productivity purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Productivity metrics and enforcement features are tools to assist you and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decisions.
Enforcement & Override
GTFO's workstation lock and enforcement features are opt-in tools configured by you. An override mechanism is always available. Ilio is not responsible for any loss of work or productivity caused by the enforcement system. You may disable or uninstall the software at any time.
Limitation of Liability
Ilio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain high availability, Ilio services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services or that our monitoring will detect all security threats.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Ilio services are owned by Ilio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
